Our mission and vision
Nightingale Home Care is committed to providing high-quality health care services to individual clients and their families, as well as to other healthcare organizations such as NELFT with a discharge from hospital scheme.
Our priority is to provide compassionate in-home and residential care from highly-trained care professionals. To make good on this promise, thorough and on-going training is paramount. Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we provide them with in-depth subject specific training so that they can deliver specialized care to our clients.
At Nightingale Home Care, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life. This ethos is at the heart of everything we do.

Staff are very professional and attentive. Management are very approachable and hands on, taking any queries on board and acting effectively. Mum has been very happy and content at Nightingale House House for three and a half years now and we can relax knowing that she is being very well looked after. A very clean and pleasant environment for the residents and their families when they visit.
The team are always responsive to our requests in a very positive way. They hold events constantly, which keep the residents happy, interested and promotes their health in this way. They’re forward thinking, by taking residents whenever possible on one to one basis days out. Their page on social media has almost daily updates within the home, exhibiting pictures of the residents enjoying singing, drawing, painting, puzzles etc. I have never known a care home with such a caring outlook from top to bottom.
My father has been a resident for 8 months now, in that time he has been cared for in a professional manner with empathy and kindness.
Staff are well trained and have taken time to get to know him and his individual needs. Although his behaviour, can at times, be challenging they still treat him with courtesy and compassion. Staff keep me updated on his care and contact me if there have been any changes or issues with his care. The home is kept clean at all times and a number of areas have been improved whilst he has been a resident.
Overall, I am confident that he is safe and has been looked after in a professional manner.
